Dried Meadow sweet

Dried meadowsweet possesses several medicinal benefits, primarily known for its ability to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation due to its salicylic acid content, which is similar to aspirin. It has been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of various conditions such as headaches, muscle pain, and arthritis. Meadowsweet also contains tannins, which contribute to its astringent properties, making it useful in treating diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues. Additionally, it has been utilized for its diuretic properties, aiding in the elimination of excess fluids from the body and promoting kidney health.

All of my dried herbs are either from my garden or locally sourced from small farms in southern Oregon.

Herbs are sold in solid brown bags to keep light off of them and preserve the quality of the herbs.
