Dried dandelion roots are esteemed for their numerous medicinal benefits, notably for their potential to support liver health by promoting detoxification and bile production. They are commonly used to aid digestion, alleviate symptoms of indigestion, bloating, and constipation due to their mild laxative and diuretic properties. Dandelion roots contain antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which may help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the body, supporting overall health. Additionally, they have been traditionally used to support kidney function and urinary tract health, promoting the elimination of toxins and waste products from the body.

All of my dried herbs are either from my garden or locally sourced from small farms in southern Oregon.

Herbs are sold in solid brown bags to keep light off of them and preserve the quality of the herbs.
