Dried Valerian Roots

Valerian Root has a tranquilizing effect on central nervous system. It remedies nervous system complaints, PTSD, insomnia and pain.

All of my dried herbs are either from my garden or locally sourced from small farms in southern Oregon.

Herbs are sold in solid brown bags to keep light off of them and preserve the quality of the herbs.
