Wild Lettuce / Lactuca virosa / Asteraceae

Wild Lettuce is indicated for painful, stiff, sore muscles, pain in the lower back and shallow respiration. When used in small doses, it is useful to people who lack motivation and negative thought patterns. When used in larger doses, it relieves insomnia and restlessness.
