Plantain can be beneficial during acute illness like bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory illness. It acts as an expectorant to draw sticky phlegm up from lungs. Plantain can be used topically on viral skin eruptions like boils, shingles and impetigo.
All of my dried herbs are either from my garden or locally sourced from small farms in southern Oregon.
Herbs are sold in solid brown bags to keep light off of them and preserve the quality of the herbs.
